What Is The Best Exercise Machine To Lose Weight?

Im 19 years old and I currently am 5’3 weigh about 125 pounds. I want to lose like 10-15 pounds. What exercise machine would work best eliptical or treadmill. Also how long do you think it would take to lose the weight if I ate healthy and worked out everynight, thank-you:)

I would use the elliptical cause it works out your whole body ((arms and legs)). I think that you could loose the weight you desire in about a month.
The best and cheapest exercise machine is probably your local area, you could start walking and running maybe?
Best time to work out is no later than 8pm, or your body will be racing as you are trying to get to sleep.
Combine exercise with good low fat and high protein foods and you cannot go wrong.

I think you can lose more calories on those bikes rather than walking or doing those elipctical things.
Try bike for 15 minutes and treadmill for 15 minutes and compare. Then do elipicals.
i like the treadmill coz it makes u really want to run..
i also like it coz it says how many calories u’ve burned so that u cud have a target to do each day

Do both! Both machines are very helpful in losing weight. Besides if you switch off between the two you probably won’t get as burnt out on working out all together. If you find that one day you can only seem to go on the elliptical for a limited amount of time, then try switching to the treadmill. But I highly suggest you do both! Just make sure every workout on either and or both machines adds up to a total of twenty minutes. Twenty minutes is the minimum amount of cardio necessary to begin to see results. I am not entirely sure how long it would take. But if you stick to it, you should begin to see results. Also, be sure to give yourself at least one or two days to rest. If your body is not used to all the exercise, it is going to need some time to adapt and recover. Good Luck!
