Not really. You pretty much have to lose it everywhere. Most target exercises are aimed at strengthening the muscles in that area rather than losing the fat off of it. Just do some walking or jogging.
You can try doing squats and lunges to tone your leg and hip muscles… but the only way to burn fat is with cardio.
