What Is The Best Fat Loss Supplement?

I’ve been working out consistently for the past 6 months with an average of 30-45 minutes of cardio about 4-5 days a week and some strength training thrown in here and there. I’ve also been eating MUCH healthier, going from fast food twice a day, to smaller, healthier meals throughout the day, including a lot more fresh fruit and veggies. I do cheat now and then with sweets or eating out, but overall I’m a lot more conscious. I’ve lost a total of about 20 pounds and in the last 3 months, I’ve only lost 6 pounds. I don’t know why I’m at this stand still!! I think (and hope) that a good supplement can aid my weight loss goals.
I’m a 23 year old female, 5’8” and 165 pounds. I look like I weigh less than I do. I’m naturally strong with a feminine physique and curves. I’d like to lose some fat from my mid-section and slim my thighs a bit more.
Any suggestions??!

  • I think water is the best (and cheapest) weight loss supplement. You have reached your “plateau” and its very common. I know it sucks, but youre going to have to work a little harder for just a little while. Maybe add in an extra day of areobics. Also, dont pay so much attention to the scales! You are also gaining muscle, which weighs more than fat. Pay more attention to your clothes and how they fit.
