I have to do a science project and I was thinking about doing it on heart rate and how the different beats of exercise music affect your heart rate. At least that’s what my teacher suggested. It’s looking at how the # of beats/minute affect the distance walked and the heart rate.

i think exercise musicis music that gets u more pumped, like dance music. just something to get you pumped, like listening to eye of the tiger during a woekout is awesome lol
well, according to women’s health high-intensity cardio should be 120- 150-beats per minute. there’s a site, http://www.convertalot.com/bpm.html, where you can figure out the bpm of any song by using your keyboard.
Something that is fast and/or steady paced is what’s usually best. If you like rap music, like 50 Cent, that sort of thing is good. That’s what I use, anyhow
Disturbed is amazing to work out to.
exercise music is fast paced and motivating. if it is slow or depressing it wont make you want to work out!!
Clubland songs are good to workout to
