    Stop drinking pop and stop eating junk food. Start eating healthy food like fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean protein.

    drink lots of water, drink calcium if you can
    make sure you get enough of daily vitamins and minerals,
    fill up on veggies or fruits before a meal
    cut out the fast food from your intake,
    and stay away from sweets
    scientifically studied, exercise with music
    (it helps you exercise for longer)

    “Eat Breakfast”. Sounds stupid but it works. Breakfast should be your main priority of the day. Eat Breakfast and you won’t be ravenous throughout the day. Add an apple before lunch, Eat another before Dinner. Simple, and effective.
