Stop drinking pop and stop eating junk food. Start eating healthy food like fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean protein.
drink lots of water, drink calcium if you can
make sure you get enough of daily vitamins and minerals,
fill up on veggies or fruits before a meal

and stay away from sweets
