  • Nothing is better than good old squats. Just make sure you do them right so you don’t get injured. With a barbell across your shoulders behind your head, not on your neck, across the shoulders, squat down like your going to sit in a chair. Don’t let your knees go past your toes; keep going until your thighs are parallel to the floor, then drive your legs up to standing. heavier weight with low reps and more sets builds mass. I use to do like 4 sets with 5-6 reps. Your legs contain the largest muscles, hence more mass and weight. Eat hearty and get plenty of rest because that is when the muscles grow after you tear them down exercising Work out 3 days per week to start.
