And I am 15, thin, and a sporty person. And pretty healthy.
If i got healthier, would my heart rate decrease after half an hour of exercise?

Between 110-150 whilst exercising lightly. The heart is a muscle so it would get better thus lowering bpm.
All depends on your rate of exercise and its duration. A quick sprint will set your heart racing, but a slow jog will only speed it up slightly. It’s the time taken after you stop the exercise, for the heart speed to return to normal that’s also important
It would most likely be around the 180-210bpm region : )
Depends on the intensity of the exercise.
You need to establish what level of intensity raises your heart rate to the level at which you are training effectively, this is approx 65% of your max H/R. There are charts that will tell you exactly i.e at age 15 your max H/R would be 220 Beats Per Min therefore 65% would be 138 BPM.
Start with the treadmill and find out what speed raises your H/R into this response, do it slowly so you find out exactly at what speed your heart rate reaches 140 BPM. When you have achieved this level you need to maintain it for 20 to 30 mins-you are now training aerobically (using oxygen) and by training this way you will improve your stamina-you should be trying to maintain the same H/R for the duration of your training(3 times per week).
Fitness is measured by how quickly your H/R returns to its pre-execise level and will improve by training this way.
depends on your personal fitness.
Your heart rate should be returned back to normal within a half hour. Your resting heart rate should be between 60 and 80. If you got fitter your resting heart rate may come down but it is not a certainty, your heart rate should come down when excersising.
Dont work out to hard, good luck
depends how fit you are and how vigorous the exercise
well i am 43 and quite fit. On a cardio machine i can go up to 150 bpm so you should be able to go higher but i would seek advice from a gym worker or physio first.
