    You cannot lose weight in a certain area. You can, however, tone certain areas more than others. A good way to reduce excess fat would be to burn off what you already have with lots of cardio (running, swimming, biking) and then limit your intake of fat. You want to eat healthy fruits and vegetables but don’t ruin them with fatty dips or dressings.
