Will The Red Fitness Machine Help Me Build Lower Back Muscles?

I recently got told by my doctor that I need to gain more lower back muscle (i went in for back pain) she recommended a phyiscal therapist, but I do not have the time to see one. I was wondering if I got a Red Fitness machine, if it would do something similar to help ease the back pain?

Don’t spend your money on a machine. that could work, but you don’t need it. lie on your stomach, and lift up your arms and legs like you’re superman, do 5 reps and hold on the fifth for about 20 seconds. go to 20, then take a break for 30 seconds or so and repeat.
I do that and I love it, it helps my abs.
I would keep going but I’m sure you’d rather read it from a legit writer.
Here you go
I just googled it: http://www.bigbackpain.com/back_exercise…
