Sooner or later (sooner for most of us), the efforts of the loss of fat you put in will fail. You may be cruising along, quite satisfied with your diet and exercise efforts, nutritious, energizing workouts, radiant skin health …. then apparently from nowhere, the scales and diverted his sidekick, the full length bedroom mirror, you give, well, a kick in the side. Ugh!

The scale and the mirror will not deceive you much or very often. Itcould be that you are a little puffy, may have some water retention. But it could also be your fat loss failure alarm.

Maybe you were too cheat on your diet and exercise program. Make no mistake – we all cheat, but those caught are usually those who cheat more often and more

spectacular.

Perhaps you take the exercise too easy. If you're not at least somewhat inflated during and after your daily workout, youpartially empty, your efforts to burn calories. (You're still one minutes 45 per day

1 hour drive with only one day off per week, is not it? Are not you?)

How about your calorie intake? Are you recording everything you eat in your food diary and exercise? Are your portions really controlled or are you using riddles good ol '? You know, professionals health and fitness industry as nutritionists and dietitians to underestimate their shares if they do not measureaccuracy from time to time as a reference. Calorie amnesia is a major cause of failure fat loss.

The bottom line is that your efforts to loss of fat have failed. And now?

Your answer to this question is crucial. You can give up, like many others before you. Abort and being overweight, unhappy and frustrated. Back where you started or worse. People do not really think when they are choosing to leave.

Not an attractive choice.

Look, the secret is, do not see the lack of fat loss that defeat insurmountable. It will happen. It happens to everyone. Sometimes more than once.

You do not let failure in other areas of your life keeps you from your ultimate triumph, do you? Try to remember how it once was to tie a shoelace, write a sentence, driving a car. You've heard these things, despite the initial failure and frustration because they were of vital importance to you.

You must be fat> Loss of a healthy mind in a body of a top, if not the top, the priority in your life. See failure as an opportunity to review and reconsider your tactics.

You will fail in your efforts to fat loss, but you must rise from the ashes and be a majestic phoenix, not the pathetic chicken.
