How Do I Choose A Fitness Club?
Me and a friend are looking to get in shape for springtime. I drove by a fitness club close by that said ‘student rate’ (we’re juniors and seniors in high school) and it got me thinking about joining. I guess my question is, how do I choose a fitness club? How much do they cost, what’s included, what real benefits come from the money you spend there, where do I start? I know absolutely nothing about fitness clubs, so any information would be great. Thanks. =)

What 1 Exercise For Deltoids Would You Suggest?
With work commitments I have to cut back the time I spend training, so I want to maximize the results I get from each exercise.
For most muscle groups I can reduce my workout to 1 exercise per group. But the deltoids are a complex muscle group.
I’ve been considering DB Presses or Arnold Presses.
What are your suggestions?
Security issues related to food HCG
HCG is a hormone naturally produced by the placenta when a woman is pregnant. The fact that the hormone is naturally occurring, however, does not necessarily mean it is safe to use. After all, tumors occur naturally in the body as well – and nobody wants to have a tumor in his body. Therefore, if you are considering using HCG to help you lose weight, your concerns will likely be whether or not the hormone is safe to use.
HCG and FertilityTreatments
HCG has long been used by doctors to help women experiencing fertility problems or other hormonal problems. As such, it has been found to be both safe and effective to use for this purpose.
Unfortunately, the FDA has not approved HCG for use as an aid to lose weight. As with all alternative forms of treatment, the FDA has been unable to find enough substantial evidence for his research to indicate that HCG is effective as to promote weight loss. On the other hand,Thousands of people have used HCG and managed to lose large amounts of weight in a short period of time.
For women using HCG for fertility treatment, there are potential side effects. Namely, women using HCG for fertility issues have reported occasional headaches and symptoms that are commonly associated with pregnancy. For patients using HCG for weight loss, however, these side effects are even rarer because the amount used is HCGsignificantly lower than that used for fertility.
The hCG Diet Plan
Another potential source of concern when following an HCG diet is the diet today. To follow the HCG level to full, you are also expected to maintain a diet of 500 calories per day. Although following a diet with a small amount of calories would normally be regarded as unsafe, it is safe to do so while receiving injections of HCG. This isbecause HCG helps prevent loss of muscle mass. It also helps dieters maintain a high level of energy while suppressing appetite. Therefore, it is not generally considered safe to follow a diet with so few calories, doing so while receiving the injection of hCG is both safe and effective as a strategy weight loss.
If you will use HCG to help you lose weight, it is important that you follow the diet protocol properly. This way, you'llmost successful with our program of weight loss while also keeping you safe and your body healthy.
How Do I Get Out Of Ballys Fitness Contract?
I have been going there for over a year now and pay monthly. They closed a gym nearby and expect me to use the gym that is far. I have had some issues with their service and they say you can’t cancel due to bad service! It is not in the contract! I understand if I don’t pay them, they might put the balance that I owe into collection. But are they going to come after me hard like credit card companies or they may drop the matter?
