5 Fast Fat Loss Tips For Women Only

I train and design programs fat loss for many women. The main concepts of each of my programs fat loss is always the same.
They focus on 5 principles that I will reveal to you now.
1) Do not least Cardio. This by far is the hardest for most ladies behave. I do not know why, but the ladies love long, boring, joint flying cardio sessions. I think it's because most women think that by doing resistance training,they will turn magically into a guy and your muscles, hulking muscles and grow a beard, so they do lots and lots of slow cardio in their "zone of fat burning" workaround.
I'm sorry ladies, but this is not how it works. Firstly there is no such thing as a zone of burning fat. It is a myth that must be buried for good.
Secondly, I want you to stop thinking about calories burned while doing the workout and start thinking about the amount of fat burnedhas not. There is a way to make your heart makes you accomplished in as little as 15 minutes burns more fat during the rest of the day 90 minutes of moderate cardio in your area of fat burning.
This is called interval training. All means of interval training is to mix great episodes of intense activity with longer bouts of moderate activity.
Take the treadmill as an example. Once you warm-up, you must run relatively fast for 20 seconds, followed by a slowjog for 60 seconds, repeat until you have done about 12 minutes. Then cool and you're done. If you do it properly, I promise you that you feel worked when you're done and you'll be in and out of the gym quicker than most other ladies warm-up.
2) Eat more fiber.
Fiber is king when it comes to fat loss. Eat more of it and you lose fat. Just start adding more fruits, vegetables, nuts and beans healthy at your daily diet and you will noticeresults in a few days.
3) Stop drinking soda. Diet Soda, believe it or not, can make you gain weight. How do you ask? Because it makes many women retain water. As if you did not have enough of that already to worry, now you have to worry about diet soft drinks make you retain water.
So, stop drinking the mix and you may lose more than 10 pounds in a week.
4) Do cons resistance training 3 times per week. No, you will not get big muscles like a stocky guy. In fact, many guyshave trouble getting big muscles. It's very, very hard to gain 1 pound of muscle and even more difficult for women because they naturally have no hormone.
But do resistance training does not necessarily mean that you should go hang out with boys. Keep up to 3 workouts full body focusing on whole body movements like push-ups, rows, squats, lunges and full body movements base, such as planks and mountain climbers, rather the constrictions.
This allows it to burn more fatand tone your arms and legs much faster than doing isolation movements like bicep curls, triceps kickbacks and machinery inner thigh.
5) Stop doing as many sit-ups.
It makes me mad to hear that people do hundreds of crunches every day. This does not give you a sexy flat stomach. It may strengthen those muscles, but why do that if they are hidden under a layer of soft molasses?
You need to get rid of fat from the stomach following the advice I gave last 4you. That's how you get now, flat stomach you've always dreamed of. That's how you get rid of muffin top and fit into the skinny jeans you've always wanted.
Not by doing endless amounts of crunches.
