Can someone please give me all the info they can about how to quickly lose the layer of fat around the stomach area? I don’t do cardio because of asthma, and I don’t eat any meat besides chicken and fish. I have extremely strong muscles and barely eat junk food at all, but the tummy area is still kinda rolly. Any help?

    dont eat any bread not even low fat because it really bloats around the stomach area.eat no bread + do lots of exercice for a few weeks + you should start to notice some changes

    In my experience the only solution for weight loss is to do any combination of eating less and working out more. If you have asthma just walk or do low key exercise. Remember you can still get fat eating too much health food. The more you know…
