		<description>Silverbullet is correct--Running is the best out all around cardio workout, it&#039;s relatively cheap, you just need a good pair of shoes and it doesn&#039;t matter what you wear.
I&#039;d just started this past March and I&#039;m already down 20 lbs, and that is without cutting out any of my eating!
I don&#039;t need motivation to do it bc I look at it as &#039;&#039;my time&#039;&#039; away from the spouse and kids ans listen to great music on my ipod.</description>

		<description>Same thing happened to me. I had a membership last year and now I cannot afford it. 
So what I did was I got a set of weights and a tread mil. 
Firstly I jog on the tread mil for 5 minutes.
Then, stretch leg musles, chest, arms muscles.
Back on the tread mil, jog for 20 minutes.
Then I would start doing 3 sets of weights for desired body part each ten reps. 
All together, It takes about an hour and half. </description>
