Well a weight loss program is good because not only does it teach you to eat the right foods but it also gives you exercises to lose weight and some, if not, most teach you how to tone your body too. Eating healthy only is gonna make you lose weight, but it won’t be twice as beneficial as going along with a weight loss program. Eating healthy will not tone you up or make you fit and healthy like you should be, so I reckon the weight loss program is the way to go.
It depends on what you mean by “better.” Many people can do it by themselves, just through diet and exercise. Other people need the accountability and support that comes from programs.
Financially it’s better and if you do it on your own you won’t become dependent on somebody else to pull you up when you fall down.
