I am 16 yrs old and underweight .I also wanna increase my height.My weight is only 39 kgs and height is only 5feet 4 inches.Pls suggest through which exercise can these be improved.

80% of your height comes when your sleeping. You could always sleep more. But then you would get fat from lying around more. Big problem.
I think your not that short, 5’4 is average! Well, i’d recommend swimming, because it does tone out your body muscles and with the right diet it should increase your muscle weight over time. It’s also one of the best stretching exercises there are, so definitely will see a change in height with it if you haven’t stopped growing already. You probably haven’t although many people see very little change if they had a growth spurt around puberty and after that height increase is really minimal.
Apart from swimming, check out your local gym where there should be other stretching exercises you can opt for, maybe a combinaton of two is best for you, well good luck!!!
by doing jogging you can do both increase height and weight because your muscles will develop underweight is not a very big problem because weight can be gained any time and also after running the weight of your bones will increase you should maintain your balanced diet

you would be between the 5th and 10th percentile for someone your age. You might want to have your doctor monitor your growth for the next few months to see whether or not you are a candidate for HGH (Human Growth Hormone) treatment.
On the other hand, you would be of average height for a female.

Your height cannot be changed by exercising. It has been pre-determined by your DNA….look at your parents and grandparents…that will give you an idea of how tall you may end up being. Proper diet, exercising, and plenty of rest will allow your body to reach it’s full potential. Some guys gain their height in their later teen years, my brother was shorter than you are at 16…but by the time he was 21 he was over 6 feet tall!

i don’t think that you can do anything that willl make you grow taller. as for your weight. eat properly and exercise regularly and you’ll be fine

Muscles weigh more than actual body fat so of course your weight would increase.
