Can Anyone Advise Me On What Kind Of Shoes To Wear While Doing A Boxercising Fitness Class?

By Diet | Jan 1, 2010

I have been wearing my normal trainers which I bought when I started running, but during the boxercise class, my feet feel crampy. I’ve tried loosening and tightening the laces but it doesn’t seem to help.

I’ve been doing group exercise for many years and know exactly what you’re talking about when you say your feet feel crampy.
You need new shoes. Running shoes just don’t work for classes. Try to find specific aerobics shoes. They can be difficult to find, but they’re so worth the hunt. There’s a brand called Ryka that are excellent. I’ve also found that shoes designed for playing tennis or basketball work. You need a shoe that has support for lateral (side to side) movement and lots of cushioning under the ball of the foot.

    Hi,
I’ve tried so many different diets in the last 10 years that I can say now, they don’t work!
A few months ago, I came across a great product for weight loss and like many others I was skeptical about it. But I really wanted to lose weight and I tried it. The results were excellent and I lost 20 pounds in 2 months. I felt fantastic and I dropped another 5 pounds safely. That’s why I recommend you check this product at http://www.fit-thin.info where they have a free trial and you only pay 5.49$ shipping and handling.
    Good luck!

You might try K-Swiss, they were originally tennis shoes. I started using them in the gym a few years back and now rarely wear anything else. I wear black for every day and white in the gym. They seem to fit better than most trainers and have more give. They seem ideal for indoor exercise, though I don’t think I would find them so good on the track.

i excercise regularly and i swear by the nike shox, they are really comphy as they have springs under the heels so they will absorb all of the jumping you do, they can be pricy but worth every penny good luck xx
