Fat Loss 4 Idiots

Your Question
Can anyone please suggest some exercise tunes for me?
Hi! I want to download some peppy songs to exercise with at the gym. Any suggestions? Songs from the fifties, sixies, and seventies are best. Please, no rap or hard rock. Thanks much.

Working nine to five Dolly Parton :D

If you want older music, make sure it’s something that you can get your head moving to. Try some James Brown or George Clinton. P-funk bay-bee! Always works for me.
I would also recommend some fast techno. It’s a proven fact that listening to music at 140 beats per minute or faster produces adrenaline, which will definitely give you more energy to do your workout.

Gosh, I don’t think you can find some really hard beat things from the 70′s.
    Come up to date.
:) You might like this song.
Remember the name – Fort minor.
    It’s hip-hop but it’s a good song.
Believe me, I don’t really like rap so. :) I love the beat though makes your brain dance lol.!

Rasputin, Some Bruce Springsteen, some Survivor, Bob Marley is good for me (the bass gets my blood pumping), I don’t know, I mostly work out to 80′s music, like Down Under-by Men at work, and Toto.
