    oh yes idlis are good as they are steamed but in some quantity you can’t have idlis all the time you’ll become bored and might skip your routine have a littlle variety you could have salads or soups.
    PS: you also need to exercise and eat smart

    You do not have to eat only one particular type of food for weight loss. What you need is a low calorie, balanced diet. Just avoid excessive amounts of sugar and sweets, use little oil for seasoning foods and take 5 small meals at regular interval in a day.
