Yes if you are wearing warm clothing that allows easy movement.
You can always walk instead of taking the car or bus, cycle if the roads are not icy, do housework. Movement = burning calories.

You have to protect yourself from frostbite, wear layered clothing, and watch your breathing – cold air is harder on the lungs and often produced shallow breathing, constriction of the bronchioles, and oxygen deprivation, short term.
The guy above me is correct. One thing to note is that you must keep your joints covered heavily. They will suffer under that kind of temperature and you’ll have trouble moving them properly.
