Can You Do Any Back/shoulder Exercise Moves On A Fitness Ball?

I have a 65cm fitness ball, and i have it for crunches and push ups. I know push ups can do your shoulders…but are there any other moves i can do on it to work my shoulder blades, my back and the bra bulge area?

    maybe if you lie on it and use some light dumbells it will work your upper body and your abs. Those fitness balls are great for ab workouts, and overall body toning, but I don’t know if you can target those areas very well on it.

    Once you start on the ball you are working a certain amount of the back muscles but if you want to target specific back muscle groups you need to go to the gym. Good luck!
