I have a groin injure, so I just need to take a rest for a few weeks. But I don’t want to stop working out my upper body. So are the upper body exercises gonna do any bad to the groin injure, and take away the effect of the resting? Can you exercise the upper body if you have groin injure?

You shouldn’t lift weights for a groin injury, but I totally agree with you about not completely giving up your workout schedule. You should put yourself in a maintenance workout so you can prevent any losses. No heavy or high intensity workouts. Stay away from anything that puts a lot of stress to your lower body. Try to stay away from lifting while standing, instead choose a bench to sit or lay on.
Since the groin is directly connected to your upper body any exertion is going to stimulate that injury…ouch.
A better idea would be to fix it fast and return to a normal workout.http://hubpages.com/hub/Speed-healing-of…
