Do Artificial Sweeteners Hinder Weight Loss?

I am trying to get back in shape and have not had much success. I am motivated. I track what I eat and exercise regularly. I know I am eating enough calories but I drink A LOT of water flavored with those “sugar free” drink mixes. Is this hindering my weight loss?

All of them say the same thing, it is toxic to your body, it is horrible horrible stuff. and the sad thing is, most people don’t even take the time to question the “zero calorie ‘sugar’”
