I tried one in a gym I do not really believe they are good for you on a daily basis. Besides the fact you get nauseated I had a headache for several days.

That article’s topic covers vibration fitness.
I’ve not seen any credible studies that have proven vibration plates to be beneficial. I think it is a gimmick, but I haven’t done enough research on it yet.
The top 2 answers are right. Those machines do not work.
Aw, c’mon! If it were that easy, don’t you think we’d all be a size 2 by now?
