I can tell you that the latest findings show that NO DIET PILLS WORK. They may help you lose water weight in the beginning, but then they don’t work, and have a bunch of bad side effects.
Keep doing what you’re doing. Be patient. You WILL lose the weight.
Bless you and Good luck. :)

    Greetings!
What if I told you how to lose all your unwanted bodyfat in just two short weeks with little or no effort?
I want to know the answer too! Unfortunately that’s just looking for a “magic pill.” Diet pills are just that… HOPE!
If you don’t like the idea of doing aerobics( I don’t)… I understand your reluctance. There’s news for you. Those crazy scientist have recently discovered a “better way” to burn off that unwanted bodyfat.
And it takes only 4 to 15 minutes a day! If you think it’s something you can deal with, then try sticking with it, and I bet you’ll be wearing tank tops to the gym in no time. After all, the leaner you get, the bigger you look.
The answer is High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). It’s an aerobic training program specifically designed for bodybuilders, fitness models and Hollywood “A” List actors and actresses.
The premise is simple: rather than waste time exercising at a slow pace, hoping the fat melts off before you die of boredom, you alternate intervals of moderate-intensity aerobic exercise with periods of near-maximum effort.
For more details here’s a good site I found that really helped. It gave me great workouts and diet tips and showed me what I was doing wrong before…

I have been on a diet and doing exercise for about two months now…I haven’t exercise in about three years and I got up to 310 pounds but I am in law enforcement and those donuts are definitely law enforcement happiness but anyway I have down to about 269 now but I still have along way to go..I read up on to many of weight loss pills out there and found many of the websites list… LIPO-6…. in the top five of the weight loss pills. So I brought a bottle and stop exercising this week just to see if the pills would make a different in my weight loss.I loss five pounds this week, so I guess they work and with no side effects .LIPO -6 won the 2006 and 2007 Energy Supplement Of The Year and the Fat Loss Product Of The Year award for 2005, 2006 and 2007!
So if you buy anything, try these pills and use a multivitamin, like the ONE DAY brand.Exercise using that elliptical machine for 60 mins..that thing really works for weight loss….Drink Alot Of Water and also started drinking green tea with no sugar..LIPTON makes a good diet green tea… GOD BLESS and stay motived…

Whenever you are trying to lose weight, you should concentrate on these three things which all work together in providing a healthier and quicker weight loss goal for yourself. I have found this combination really successful in my weight loss plans. The first thing is exercising and how much you can put forth into it. The more you exercise, the more results you will see. The next thing is dieting and the calorie intake. If you exercise more, technically you could eat more? Always watch what you eat.
Now the last step in a good weight loss plan is always a good diet pill that can help you get to the end of the road. I have found Proactol which is a natural herbal diet pill to be the best around. It’s an appetite suppressant along with being a fat blocker which stops up to 28% of fat you eat. Read up about it at TheWeightLossPlace.com where I saved money on it. Proactol really works well with exercising which gives you plenty of energy to perform. Along with that your diet will be affected by Proactol due to the appetite suppressant and fat blocker. If you slip up on meals, the fat blocker kicks in. It’s really great to stop food cravings.
Concentrate on those three things and the combination is deadly for the fat cells in your body. Good luck and I hope this helps.

    1. dont bank on the words ‘fast’ & ‘quick’….to stay safe, you shoudnt lose beyond 4 pounds of fat per week
    2. start brisk walking 1-2 hrs a day
    3. drink only water, lowfat milk and lots of green tea
    4. severely limit carbs n fat but eat lean proteins and veggies very well..make sure you eat a good breakfast!
    5. do lots of pilates/yoga/strength training to get the best from your other efforts
    6. get a dog or 2 if you find your walking routine boring..or if you are at a gym, experiment all forms of cardio available and stick to all that you like
    7. always push yourself n never give up!but get enough rest too…
    8. be smart when eating out or at events/functions
    9. dont trust myths like “no food after 7pm”…you have to stay nourished to lose fat,..the best you can do if you are scared to eat is perhaps
drink a glass of ice chocolate lowfat milk mixed with a tsp of instant softened oatmeal…
    10. Stay focussed on your goal and God bless you…
