Bread is a starch and is a fatty food. Try eating one slice of bread a day. Like for lunch or dinner. Not one for lunch, breakfast and dinner.
    Try the adkins diet!

No one food makes you fat. What makes you fat is if you eat more calories than your body needs, regardless of if the calories come from carbohydrates (such as bread), fats or protein.
I eat plenty of bread (mainly whole grain bread and sourdough bread), but I’m able to stay lean and fit because I don’t consume more calories than my body needs.

You must remember how bread is made. A bunch of butter, eggs, yeast that stuff is really heavy until its baked but when you eat it, it’s heavy again and very fattening.

The type of bread you eat makes a big difference. Too much bread will also cause you to gain weight because the carbs are hard for your body to break down.

Depends on how much you eat each day
