Does The “calorie Shifting” Weight Loss Technique Work?

Fat Loss 4 Idiots

I’ve seen ads for the calorie-shifting weight loss thing… They say you can lose 9 lbs in 11 days. Is that possible? Moreover, how can I do that, if it is possible? Has anyone actually done it themselves? I’d really like some proof before I go into this type of dieting… I’d like to lose about 20-30lbs. Any suggestions on weight loss would be great, especially during the course of school and stuff:] All help is appreciated, thanks~

  • I did that diet and its horrible. you have to eat certain foods at certain times of the day. one meal might be sausage and turkey and beans. ugh!
You don’t lose 9 lbs- I lost maybe 7. Its mainly water weight you lose. and more than half of it comes back within a few days. don’t bother, honey!
just make healthy choices and do anything to get your heart rate up and keep it up for at least 20 min. about 5 times per wk. drink 8 cups of water per day. when you lose weight fast your usually losing water and muscle. muscle helps you lose fat so you need to keep all that you have! you need to work hard and stick to it! if you slip up then don’t give up. just start again!!!!
    good luck

Looking for a healthy weight loss program? Of course you are! Millions of people in the United States alone are looking for a healthy weight loss program to help them lose unwanted fat and get much better looking bodies in the meantime. But how do you separate the amazing programs from the “not so amazing” (to put it lightly) programs that are out today? In my opinion the best place to do that is to ask someone who knows a lot about health. That person should practice healthy living
