Exercise Length, Does It Have To Be At Least 15 Minutes For Nuerotransmiters To Start To Develop?
![]() |
I think I remember that exercise had to be at least 15 min long in duration at one time to start producing neurotransmitters dopamine, serotonin, adreneline. Is this correct?
I want to do 2 bursts of 10 minutes a day. This is for my attention problems and general health and good mood.
