I usuall do an hour or so of full body lifting, then i do 35 min of cardio, is this a good strategy? too much or too little? Im trying to lose my stomach love handle and chest fat. Im 19, m, 215, 6’1. What are some other things you would recommend? thank you!!

It *IS* a bad strategy if you’re trying to gain some muscle. Don’t follow weight training with cardio – it significantly slows your muscle gains. If you want to do cardio and weight training on the same day, start with cardio, rest, and then do weight training. Eat (or drink) some protein immediately after weight lifting. It helps.
You cardio should be as intense as you can possibly make it. Look up HIIT (high intensity interval training), if it’s not something you’re already doing.
Obviously, it won’t be of much help if you’re not watching what you eat.
Use weight training to get in a cardio workout. Too much cardio by itself can eventually work against your metabolism which will make it difficult to burn fat efficiently.
