I eat healthily already and not that much, so I think the only way for me to lose weight is through exercise. Anyone know any good exercises to tone my whole body in a month?

    Day 1
    Go the gym do 20 minutes of treadmill, elliptical trainer , and bike. If you can’t afford the gym either sprint or run for 40 minutes. After that do 3 sets of 25 of following exercises: 1) back ward lunges (lunges backward) 2) normal lunges 3) walking lunges 4) normal squats
    Then do 300 crunches.
    Day 2
    Borrow a dvd of pilates or yoga from the library. Do 2 hours of each
    Day 3
    Go to the gym and do 40 minutes of different machines. Don’t use the same machines that you used in day 1. If you don’t go to the gym, go jogging but instead concentrate on sprinting then jogging.
    Day 4
    Do 5 sets of 25 of these excercises: 1) jumping jacks 2) front kicks 3) back kicks 4) side kicks
    Then do 300 planks( Great ab exercises). I also advise you to you to invest in a dvd call taebo. You are gurantee to see results. Try to do 2 hours of taebo on day 4.
    Day 5
    Walk 5 miles anyway at your own pace.
    i gurantee for a fact if you follow these guidelines..you will lose 15 pounds.

    and ofcourse i walk briskly for 45 mins every eve and play badminton for 1 hr every day
