How Do I Gain Weight While Losing Fat Through Exercise?
![]() |
I’ve been doing a lot of exercise and physical activities lately to lose some unwanted fat, but I’ve been losing a lot of weight as well, which is not what I want. Is it possible to gain a lot of “good” weight through all this exercise?

yes – you need to do some resistance training or weight lifting to build up the muscle
No, you can eithor gain a little fat with alot of muscle. Or lose a lot of fat and lose some muscle. You cant gain muscle and lose fat at the same time. Thats why weight lifters eat 8,000 calories a day to gain big muscle then a few months later, barely eat at all to lose the fat they gained. gotta take turns.
Its great that your body respond to fitness workouts that you’ve done recently which is losing fat. If you want to gain some weight without adding fats to your body, you need to check on your diet. Eat more foods that is less on fats and continue doing a regular workout.
