    If you are leaving from the U.S. you are likely to lose weight even if you eat a lot more than normal since Turkey doesn’t have all the chemicals we do in our foods that make you obese to begin with (our food industry is very corrupt)

    You’ll probably be doing a lot of walking and eating very healthy, natural foods. Enjoy your trip and don’t worry

    Depends on your fitness routine. What do you do… to work out? Personally I like to run and you can do that just about anywhere, just get up an hour early and go do it in the morning while its not as hot. Or if you lift weights, try getting some resistence tubes (they are like giant rubber bands really). You can get a good resistnace workout with those and they are lightweight & travel easy. Or….if you’re at a nice hotel they will often have fitness equipment for their guests to use. Just be creative, even if it isn’t your normal routine it will do your body good to get some excercise! enjoy the trip…
