How Long Does It Take For Exercise To Get Easier And Not Hurt?

Fat Loss 4 Idiots

I am doing the You on a Diet exercise routine and it hurts when I stretch and it is hard to get into the positions to do it because I am so out of shape. Will this eventually get more comfortable to do and will I get more flexible? One of the stretches is to touch your toes. HA HA! I cannot barely get halfway down! Will it get better!!??? I am not too overweight. I only need to lose about 25 lbs. I just want to get healthier and more flexible and stronger.

trust me it will get easier over time….try resting a day or two between work outs and make sure to get some cardio every day as well as eating healthier…after a few weeks u should find the exercises getting easier, at that point u have to make them harder! the only way to get stronger is to suffer a bit of soreness in the meantime unfortunately. also try to take ibuprofen and either ice or heat ur muscles after working out this should reduse soreness…good luck on ur weightloss journey!!

anytime you do different things to your body, it takes time to adjust-and especially if your out of shape!!!!!!!just go slow and easy at first, if the strength’s hurt, don’t stregth as far, go slowly and easily, go a little more each day, until you reach a point that it don’t hurt, then the next day and after push it a little, don’t push it to much, or you’ll hurt yourself, then you wont be able to do anything-just keep working at it and set goals and for goodness sakes have a lot of fun, it helps when you have a good attitude and you can laugh at yourself, have fun and good luck
