How Long Will It Take Me To Reach My Fitness Goal?

I am 15 6’4, and 160 pounds. I can bench 170, and run a 6:20 mile. I am pretty happy, but want defined abs. I do ab work outs all the time, and run a lot. I have well defined upper abs, but my lower area is not defined. How long will it take for me to get definition if I keep it up?

those are always hardest to get !
