I’m doing a research paper on hypnosis and weight loss. I really need to get some more information on it. I want to find out if hypnosis is valid and if it is, how can it work for weight loss? If anyone has any information or success stories that would be great.
I’m also having a hard time finding resources for my paper. Does anyone know of any good ones on my topic?

    Threre is some interesting research on hypnosis within cognitive psychology. You should be able to find links between research and therapy techniques.
