    3 days without food, but you would need plenty of water, with only walking for exercise, as any resistance training would be too dangerous to even consider, but with the other conditions I mentioned, I would guess the Man would lose around 10 – 13 lbs in weight…
    The ONLY way to remove fat from a belly is through tough regular exercise like a Pilates class, or a swiss ball exercise known as Ab attack will prove results that a fad diet cannot achieve, but if your body fat percentage is way above ‘normal’ you would need to do a good few weeks cardiovascular exercise to achieve the shape you want before some serious Ab attack or pilates toning of those core muscles to gain the ‘six-pack’ belly.
    Cutting out trans fats and saturates that are generally found in processed foods as much as is possible in your diet is a more realistic way to shift that body fat as opposed to a ‘slim shake’ or a dietary supplement that claims to make you achieve that ideal body shape you’ve been longing for. Herbal teas such as Green tea are good for weight loss, and fresh vegetables instead of burgers and all that convenience processed junk food too, in all, a good balanced diet of protein and carbohydrates, carbs before a workout, protein after a workout.
