I recently lost 123 pounds over a 9 month period through healthy diet and exercise. I am happy with my loss, but after loosing that much weight so quickly my blood pressure is low (which makes me feel fatigued quit often) and my skin is sagging making me look like I have a gut when its really just loose skin. I was wondering if anyone knew of any websites that could help me out? Thanks!!!!

    I don’t know a lot about this.. but I always thought there was nothing you could do about loose skin besides surgery. Like, you always hear about the people who lose a ton of weight without liposuction, and then they need surgery to remove the skin? I don’t know.. Awesome job though with the 123 pounds though!

  • there isn’t anything you can do to loose skin like you can fat. You may want to go in and looking to skin removal

    i really don’t think any exercise will help. it might tighten up over time, but i think the only way to get rid of it is to have it surgically removed.

    try slow movement exercises like tai chi, yoga, pilates etc
