Should I work out only Monday Wednesday and Friday. and then Interval running on Tuesday, thursday, saturday for the best fat loss results possible? I have the food intake in control. What are your suggestions?

    yeah that’s perfect. If you overdue it your body will get fatigued, more catabolism, less impact on your endocrine system and various other things. i’d still run on sunday myself just not intervals just a light jog or something for 30-45 mins and you can still do light exercises b4 your weight sessions and on the same day as ur intervals
