I’m Going To Start Taking A Weight Loss Supplement?

Do you think it will help at all? Over the course of this year ive lost 48 pounds. I gained back nearly 5 after stopping exercising for 2 months, but i lost them last week with exercising. I really want to lose my last 20-25 pounds. I will be exercising hard for an hour 5 days a week of cardio and eating 1500-1800 calories. I decided to try taking this weight loss supplement Xenadrine as well. Do you think it would help at all?

Look, Gabe, you’ve come this far without one, there’s no need to use one. IF it works (and that’s a big “if”), then it’ll help you lose weight…meaning when you stop taking it, you’ll gain the weight back and be in the same predicament you’re in now. Do you really want that?
