Im 5’7 – 5’8 and 134-8 pounds
I would like to get to quite a low weight, maybe 110/115 ?
I would probably eat stuff like tuna, extra light mayo, wholemeal bread and pasta, ricecakes, crispbreads, noodles, fat-free yoghurt, and lots of fruit and vegetables.
