your not going to loss weight by drinking water you need to exercise water is good for the body and you need it and it does help with some hunger but you need to eat right and work out right you cant starve your body you need eat eat eat and exercise
simply drinking water won’t make you loose the weight, but promote loosing it. you still need to workout and do physical activity if you want to see results. about 8-12 glasses a day should be fine.
That should be just fine. I’m drinking at least 2L per day myself. More if I workout.
