Is It Safe To Exercise If You Have Endometriosis?

I love to exercise, but lately it just hurts too much. Does anyone out there know if it is safe to exercise when you have endometriosis? If it is safe can you recommend any exercises that could help alleviate the pain from the endometriosis or at least any excersises that do not trigger the pain?

I actually get those heat pads that u use for your period.. u just stick it on and it gets hot.. no power cords…
its pretty good.. try it.
if endometriosis is something that has to do with the lining of the uterus, then i get that part. the part where its causing u pain i dont get, unless ur doing sit-ups or some kind of leg exercise that can affect that area. either that or one of your ovarvaries burst, but then you’d probably be in the hospital. if anything work on your upper body instead.
