Some says that adding two tablespoons of Apple cider to cup of water and drinking it in the morning on regular basis would helps in burning fat. Is that true? and what if dice one tomato and add cider to it as salad before meal? would that result in burning fat?

It’s not true, nothing worth having is easy.
I tried this. It’s also supposed to cure indigestion and acid problems. It is the worst thing I have ever tasted even though I added a little pure honey. I tried for 6 months and it cured nothing and I didn’t lose an ounce!
These r all absurd propositions.
Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.
Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.
U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.

i dont know about fat burning, but apple cider vinegar on strawberries with a little splenda makes a great inbetween meals snack
i have been on the diet for 2 weeks and it is amazing i have 1 neat tbs before each meal and i have lost 8lbs already also i have increased the amount of water i drink but my food is much the same as before, try it for a fortnight
Green tea, ginseng, Kelp and cider vinegar are all found in weight loss aids but without limiting calorie intake and working out to burn fat and calories there is no miracle cure or fat burning secrets!
