    Be able to do 30 male style pushups, 60 situps and run 2 miles in under 25 minutes.
    That should make it possible for you to pass the PT test.

    I’m not sure what they actual difference is anymore, but typically females only have to preform at 1/4 to 1/2 the physical capacity that males do.
    Such a sexist system, insinuating that females are physically weaker than males and incapable of meeting the physical requirements that males do.

    Females have it easier because our bodies are different. We have smaller hearts and less lung capacity, etc…
    Sit-up standards are the same for both genders, but the run and push-ups are easier for women.
