		<description>I don&#039;t know what your weight is, but I gained about 50lbs since I got married....and it has been very hard to get off. I was placed on Phentermine. The first week I lost 7lbs and after 2 months am down 23 lbs. I eat whatever I want but I do try to eat better and I exercise occasionally. I also get a b-12 vitamin injection. Also look into Calcium Pyruvate. I mean they use this for people who are overweight not just someone who is thin and trying to get thinner. I got this from my GP.</description>

		<description>You need to go to therapy to find out what the underlying cause may be. it has to be more than a craving...maybe a hormone imbalance or something medically or mentally out of whack. you need to start exercising and eat fresh fruits/vegies, berries and fiber when you want to eat the junk food. occupy your time with reading, walking, hanging out with friends, etc. attend church. having God on your side always helps.
