Is There Any Weight Loss Pill That Actually Works?

Fat Loss 4 Idiots

I always hear of weight loss pills in the t.v. but I’m scared to waste my money on them and not even lose weight. I’m not fat, i just wanna lose a few pounds, but I already dont eat alot and I’m fairly active, so i really dont know how else to lose weight! I wanted to try a weight loss pill, but I wanted to know if there’s any recommendations of pills that actually work. Is there anyone that knows from personal experience of a pill that actually makes you lose weight?

I have taken weight loss pill from the t.v and drug stores ect..and never saw results. I went to a doctors clinic that is known for prescribing weight loss pills and I have lost 14lbs in one month and it is actually cheaper than t.v. pills. I would do that because it’s really more effective and safer. You never really know what is in over the counter or internet diet pills.

Your best bet in losing weight would be by working out… no pills work in the terms of getting rid of fat… some pills make you lose water weight but that is something you are going to gain back as soon as you get thirsty… when one starts to workout their first week of exercise you may gain a pound or 2 (that’s your body hydrating itself, half of all inactive Americans on a normal day are in a mild state of dehydration)but that is just water weight then there after if you keep-up on your workouts you should slowly lose weight… also drinking ice cold water may cause one to lose some weight but nothing dramatic because cold water lowers your body temperature causing your metabolism to increase so it can keep your body warm… hope this info helps… but there is no magic pill yet

Simply burn more calories than you take in, and exercise every day.
I truly wish there were a ‘magic’ pill that worked, but there isn’t. Some say they lose weight this way or that way…well they still took in less calories than they burned—any way you dice it, weight loss depends on this alone.

Don’t take diet pills. It just a too fast way to lose all the weight you have to. If you eat healthy and are active than you do not need the diet pills. Just do what you are doing and you will be fine.

metabolife worked for me a few yrs back, but wouldn’t work a second time. just give up the bread and pasta and such for awhile to loose a few ponds.
