i’m trying to burn much fat as possible. and someone told me eating any type of bread is bad for losing fat? i eat about 3 pieces in the morning (1 in morning 2 in between breakfast and lunch as snack) with peanut butter. is it bad if i want to lose fat?

    Whoever told you that hasn’t done their research. You need a balanced diet full of good, complex carbs in order to lose weight the right way and keep it off. Just like you need protein to help repair your muscles, you need carbs for fuel to keep yourself going and keep burning fat
    I have a slice of whole grain bread with peanut butter before lunch and in the afternoon. You can also eat whole grain pasta and whole grain cereal.     Of course not! It’s white bread you want to worry about. Stay away from that. Anyways, whole grain is fine.
    Do go eating /too/ much of it though, just to be sure. Eat two pieces instead of three.
    The peanut butter might be a problem though. It’s very highin fat and calories. Use it /very/ lightly next time.

    Not at all, it’s great for you but I would lay off the peanut butter if you are trying to lose weight. Replace it with a little hummous or a tiny bit of honey instead.

    No it’s the peanut butter. Whole grain bread is actually really good for losiing weight.Just try to eat it without the peanutbutter.
