Lemonade Diet Recipe – Useful Diet or Quick Fix?

The recipe for the lemonade diet is said to be born in the 1970s when a book written by Stanley Burroughs suggested that fasting and drinking citric fruit juice could be used as a means of eliminating toxins from the body. This was never intended to be used as a food as such, just a short term cleansing of the body. Unfortunately, in common with other ADF plans she has developed a dedicated following, which suggests that it may be safely used on a regular basis and as part of an ongoing processfeeding routine.
The diet lemonade, in common with similar schemes lemon juice, is made to survive for a number of days on various combinations of fruit juice or syrup or cayenne pepper, and many other variations on the same theme. The common denominator of these schemes is the theory that drinking lemon juice, lemon or grapefruit particular, will dissolve or burn excess body fat. The reality of this is perhaps debatable, but there certainlywill be some loss of weight due to food (or drink) a single thing on continuous basis, to the detriment of all other nutrients and food groups. In particular, this scheme favors the fast which will certainly lead to weight loss, but at what price?
Weight Loss All weight loss is not necessarily healthy. In many cases schemes such as the recipe for the lemonade diet will simply stimulate the body to store fat and use the muscles that food that the scheme is viable forany length of time. There is a place for detoxification routines such, but only as a short term solution to losing a limited number of weight at most a few days. It certainly should not be used or maintained as part of a diet long-term plan or weight loss, in particular, it should never be undertaken by those who are vulnerable to disease or health problems as the elderly, children or pregnant women.
It would be much better to consult your doctor to discuss how to lose weighthealthy way, your doctor will probably insist the key to losing weight is not as extreme diets recipe for fasting diet lemonade, or cayenne pepper and water diet, or any other many fad diets, but a healthy and balanced approach combined with plenty of exercise.
Unfortunately many people are only too happy to believe that losing weight too fast can be done using the latest diet fads, and without any sequelae. The healthy way to lose weight did nothowever changed and requires exercise combined with tight control over the food you eat and how much you eat.
