What Is A Good Fitness/running Schedule For Someone Like Me?

I am about 10 and a half stone, walk 2 miles to & from work most days, & do regular excercises, use weights (only 5 kg twice a day) & walking an extra 2 or 3 miles a day. I am running twice weekly, about 4 miles each time, and although I do feel healthier for doing it, I often find I get very tired these days and wonder if this schedule is too much or too little?
Do the benefits of running & jogging depend on the individual or are there any golden rules?

Natural Supplements In Aide To Weight Loss?

I am wondering what are some NATURAL supplements to help in aide of weight loss. I am currently taking green tea extract, a multivitamin, a B vitamin complex, fish oil, L Glutamine, and L Carnatine… Are there any other out there that help with metabolism or weight loss?

Lean proteins are your best bet. Fish and Soy are the healthiest, but poultry cooked without much fat, or butter is okay, too. You need to make sure you get enough amino acids (building blocks of protein) in the right balance. If you don’t get the right balance, the left-overs end up being stored as fat. Cabbage and Chicken Soup Diet – Recipe and Diet Plan

Cabbage and chicken soup diet achieves its goal of weight loss by reducing considerably the number of calories consumed. It is a variant of the famous Cabbage Soup Diet and offers an alternative to those who demand more variety in the meals and makes it easier for users to stick to the plan.

Recipe:

Cabbage and chicken soup is prepared using a head of cabbage shredded, four celery stalks, chopped, two green peppers, five carrots, a can 16 ouncestomatoes, two onions, two cups of vegetable juice, two cups of chicken broth and half a kilo of beans. Sauté onions in a pan (use an oil jet for that) then add all the above ingredients and heat until boiling. Towards the end, add herbs and spices to suit your taste. Simmer until done.

Diet Plan:

A cabbage soup diet chicken and works best when you follow the rules and eat as much soup as you want for a period of seven days.

Avoid consumption of bread andalcohol or sugary drinks like sodas. Drink plenty of water because it helps not only diet, but is important for your health.

Breakfast Day 1:

Mix one cup of vanilla yogurt with fat free half-cup of chopped fruit salad. This can be dusted with wheat germ.

Breakfast Day 2:

Combine half a teaspoon of sugar with 1 cup of ricotta cheese and a pinch of cinnamon.
Two pieces of wheat toast.
Three driedfigs.

Breakfast Day 3:

One and a half cups of whole grain.
Half cup of orange juice, preferably calcium enriched.
Cup nonfat milk.

Breakfast Day 4:

A small bagel meal with an ounce of low fat cheddar cheese melted.
A half-cup of prune juice.

Breakfast Day 5:

One and a half cups of cooked cereal Wheaten.
A half-cup of nonfat milk.

For days, choose any breakfast in the list above. You may eat one ofthese dishes breakfast each day for meals, as cabbage and chicken soup as you want. Bananas and skim milk in May to add the fourth day. The fifth day, 10-20 oz of chicken may also be added to your eating plan.

Stay on the diet than seven days is not recommended. It is a diet to lose weight in the short term (3-5 days).

Special concerns:

Because of the low carbohydrate intake, levels of blood sugar is low, which maycause hypoglycemia. Symptoms include headache, drowsiness, sweating, irritability and anxiety.
